Please choose one of my charitable causes:
Anchor House Ride for Runaways
The agency’s mission is to work with homeless, runaway and abused children and youth, from birth to 21 years of age, to enable them to utilize their strengths and the support of their families and communities to help ensure a stable and successful home in NJ. The Ride for Runaways is an annual, 7 day, 500 mile charity bicycle ride that exists to support Anchor House, a shelter for runaway and/or abused teenagers with about 200 riders. The ride has been held for over 30 consecutive years. Phil is extremely passionate and loyal to the Anchor House cause.
MS 150: City to Shore 2021
Cycle through the beautiful back roads and flat terrain of South Jersey along with a community of riders dedicated to changing the world for people with MS. Take in the beautiful blueberry fields of Hammonton and the world-famous Pinelands National Reserve before completing the ride by rolling into “America’s Greatest Family Resort”, Ocean City. Feel the extraordinary support and excitement throughout your journey as we come together to reach our goal—a world free of MS.
Bike the US for MS
Bike the US for MS organizes cross country bike trips that raise awareness for multiple sclerosis research & volunteer for patients. These tours follow America’s most traveled cross-country routes and combine an important cause with an incredible experience. On each of the rides the riders participate in service projects for those afflicted with MS to help in their daily lives. Service projects take place on the 4 “off days” during their journey across country. In 2012 Phil joined Bike the US for MS riding cross country from Virginia to San Francisco and in 2013 riding part of the country from Whitefish, Montana to Seattle, Washington. Phil is currently serving on the Bike the US for MS board of directors.
